Apostolic Alignment as a Weapon

God’s plan is the best plan to unite the body of Christ so that we are all working in harmony to fulfill his purpose. This is something that the people of God need to continuously work on. Now is the time for the Body of Christ to move in one-ness together. This is true based on the fact that God is pouring out His Spirit like never before.

God’s original plan was to have the Body of Christ moving in harmony, and he is working on bringing this assignment back to reality. God is also making his church into new wineskins. The church hasn’t followed the direction and order as in 1 Corinthians 12:28, which says, “And God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, varieties of tongues.” It is important to be in the right alignment for God’s blessings to flow. When this happens, the anointing of God will overflow.

Relationships are vital for the Body of Christ. It is important to be in a Covenant relationship with the person that God has ordained as your Apostle. This person will be the one to counsel you and give you Godly instruction and direction as needed. It is also important to align yourself correctly to avoid confusion that can set in from the enemy.

Everyone has someone with whom they should be in alignment. God didn’t design us to walk alone. We are called to fellowship and work together as a TEAM to see the Glory of God at work. Alignment can and will always lead to unlimited possibilities, healings, miracles, and administration. God’s people should not think that it is okay to walk alone. This was never God’s plan for us.

There is power in partnering together. As members of Christ’s body, we must be willing and committed to working with or connecting with others to form a team. There is no “I” in team. We all must be willing to partner with great and talented people so God can use us to change the world. For this happen, one must understand what it means to have an Apostolic alignment and work together as a team.

So much more can get done if we allow revelation to be the key in all that we do. The devil will always try to destroy or weaken an apostolic team, but it is to our advantage to have the revelation of a powerful team of believers. The body of Christ has had problems with the building of this powerful team, though. So many believers do not realize that they need a team. Some don’t feel like they should have one or don’t see the importance of one. Due to ignorance or lack of knowledge, they think it is okay to be solo. But this wasn’t in God’s plan for the body of Christ. This can, in turn, cause a misunderstanding in team spirit, when they do actually have one.

The enemy knows how powerful a team can be. He knows that a team can be very effective together. This is the reason he tries so hard to destroy it. There is also power in relationships. The enemy fights against marriage, friendships, and church relationships. He does this because he knows you would be more effective with each other than alone. He is the author of confusion and division. He comes to create disunity, offence, jealousy, suspicion, and strife in our relationships.

But even with this, we can be more effective by operating as an Apostolic team. This is where you will see success in all you do. You will have success in friendships, marriages, business, churches, and with your staff members when you realize the power of a team. The multiplication of partnership results from being on an Apostolic team. It helps to draw others into the vision of TEAM.

Ecclesiastes 4:9 says, “Two are better than one because they have a good reward for their labor.” This, in turn, creates harmony instead of disorder and leaves the enemy defeated in his tracks.
